The selling agent for her house was frantically trying to get her property unconditionally exchanged before the Auction of this property. So I prepared all of the necessary paperwork to register and bid on behalf of our client, just in preparation of her sale. The Auction we due to start, however the unconditional exchange was still not finalised, so we held up the Auction for a short while before we could be in a position to bid.
10 minutes later, we had won the Auction and our client KL was simply thrilled. A real last minute roller coaster.
